I desire to wait....

Not sure who really reads this or if anyone really does, but I'm still going to continue to write my heart out that is when I have the free time.

There's so much that runs through my head daily. I always want to write about it like as if it was important or something, but in the end I know its not.

I keep hearing about relationships, people getting engaged or married or having a baby... something along those lines of happiness.
I burst for Joy every time I hear of a love story, or of someone finding out they are pregnant... or just something a long those line... I love a good love story... Yes I am a girly girl and I'm very detailed, so I ask a lot of questions.
I'm one of those people that when I meet someone and I get invited over to their house, as soon as I step in I look for photos... I love photos, they tell so much about someone in just the small frozen moment.
If their a married couple I love to hear the story, and if I cant hold it in which I almost never hold it in, I ask to see photos from the wedding....
One thing I adore is hear the stories of the elderly... Even tho things were hard way back then, they still seemed so simple... Even more so when it came to love.... They knew who they wanted to marry and that their love for them was so true and so pure.....

I went to the Movies tonight with some girl friends of my mine... We saw "The Help"
It was amazing movie, very well acted out and just a really good story... I've never been a fan of how the whites and the colors could never be friends and how they were always separated. Even more so when the WHITE people would treat the COLORED people like they were not even HUMAN!!! its sickens me... I wanted to slap a few of the women in the movie. Any how, in the movie it showed a lot of how the women were the head of the house when it came to maid service and so called taking care of the house.

Then there was a part where the girl wanted to be loved and cared for but she was not going to let some guy walk all over her. She was going to stand up for herself but at the same time she was dying to fall in love....

I love looking at my parents and seeing how far they have came a long. They tell me stories all the time of how they meet, and how they would act with each other, to my dad asking my mums hand in marriage... I love it all, even the hard stories.

I get worried a lot that my love for my (future) Husband would die, or that we will get into so many fights that it would push us away from each other.
I know there is no such thing as a perfect marriage. But I pray daily that I will be so in love with my (future) Husband that he would almost have to pray that I would stop loving him so much....
I know there will be fights, and hard times...things to work through. I know that's apart of Marriage, but I don't ever want to forget why I fell in love with my (future) Husband. What was the thing that brought us together! How did I know he was the one for me?!!!
That it wouldn't be "The Lord Told Me To Love Him"
I pray that it would be so passionate and pure... Yes I want to make others Jealous!!!!!

I'm very protective of myself, I wont let some guy hurt me or I'll do my best to never letting one hurt me again. I've been hurt before, I'm sure everyone has...... I have fallen in love and I fall in love so easily when it comes to a guy and he's heart to serve the Lord, when a guy desires the will of the Lord and chooses to walk in it.... It's something I fall hard for, but not enough to not wait and not enough to settle...

I so desire to be married but I'm so willing to wait!

So few words......

I will have to say my Heavenly Abba is AMAZING!!!!!!
I'm someone who grew up in the church office doing my school with my two older brothers... I was home schooled my whole life...
Our Parents would take us everywhere they went, and they thought us how to fall asleep anywhere because ministry was and is our life. And we are a family so went everywhere together, even if it meant waking up and heading over to some ones house in the middle of a winter night and getting all bundled up. We did it!

I'm in Hawaii now having the time of my life serving at Calvary Chapel Honolulu. I love every minute of it because I love ministry. I love running around, breaking a sweat and learning new things.....
Lately I have been down at the church office helping Cynthia getting ready for the THREE conferences that are coming in less then two weeks... I love serving with her and cracking up at something that might not even really be that funny but all at the same time it it to one of us.... or just laughing at one another.

Every time I'm down there is brings me back to my Childhood.... Well the good parts of my childhood I should say...
There's also really funny/bad parts of my childhood as well....
I'll in lighten you all on funny but all at the same time sad story....

I had gotten in to trouble for I think saying something or idk really, but my punishment was NOT TALKING... I only had to go 24 hours with out talking and then I would not be grounded any more... Well I never really knew I had to only go 24 hours with out TALKING I just new I was not aloud to and if I ever got caught, the 24 hour clock got started all over again.... They would always say "lets see how long you can go with out talking" I never knew about the clock just that they would say I would have to start over.... whatever that meant
Well one day my two brothers, some other home schooled kids (their mom worked at the office as well)  and I were down at the office playing around after school was done. Well the other girl who was younger then I liked to play with hair, so she took a comb and started playing with my hair... well the next thing I knew the comb was stuck in my hair... there was nothing that I could say or do really, and all she could think of was CUTTING HAIR to get the dumb COMB out!!!!
And it wasn't just stuck in my hair, the comb was twisted all the way to the top of my head...and there was a LOT of hair stuck in the comb... I shocked my head saying NO to cutting my hair.... 1. Because my dad would kill me for having a chunk of hair missing and would mean I would have short hair and he never wanted me to have short hair. 2. Because her mom would kill her. 3. I knew that at the end of this all we both were just going to be dead as is, so to not make anything worse just keep the comb in my hair.....
Well I finally got the guts to walk into my dads office and shown him that I had a comb stuck in my hair.... my friend and I both got into HUGE trouble (but our parents never killed us, shocker I know) and I got to go to the meeting with a dumb comb stuck in my hair and I couldn't even tell people why it was stuck or how it got stuck cause I was still not aloud to talk cause I was still in trouble for something else.....

WOW I cant even tell you how long its been since I told that story....
Lets see what comes to mind tomorrow :)

Okay so needless to say I was a very interesting kid, and have some pretty ridicules stories with church offices....
And at this point all I can say is, I'm SO excited for what the Lord is readying me for down the road. I love ministry and I would never give up the stories that come a long with them.... And I can not wait to have my own kids and the crazy stories I'll have with them... and get to bring them around with my AMAZING husband in the ministry that we do as a family!

Lord be with my AMAZING Husband where ever he may be... and continue to be with my family as they serve you... Love on my brothers, my sister in law and my two amazing Nieces...
love you guys and cant wait to hold you and see you.....
AMEN

Hiking.... I love to Hike

Back in December of last year, the Lord put it on my heart to come to Hawaii.... My First thoughts were "What is little O'me going to do there?"
I never EVER thought about going to hawaii, but the Lord knew best as to where I should be and how long... I trusted His voice and went...
I like to have adventures, try new things and let my taste buds go wild.....
I knew that hawaii would be one of the best places for all of that....so with that said, lately I have been going hiking with a few amazing friends that I have gotten to make while being in HI.
I get such joy from my heart beating fast, being pushed hard and getting muddy.... And most of all being blessed with my Heavenly Fathers creation.... The beauty of the trees, the water and the sky.... I get very awestruck with HIS amazing creation...
This last Saturday we went on a very muddy and physical hike. I loved every minute of it, and cant wait till the next hike. I only have a few weeks left so I want to make sure I get all my hiking in before heading home.... but then again I have the Scotland Hills to clime with my soon arrival ........
I hope you enjoy the photos.......

Something I learned growing.....

Okay so here's one thing that I want to share with you all... This is
something that i have grown up with/learned while growing up

To be busy about Our Heavenly Father's business, but not being busy
with the business of the Ministry.
Some of you might not get it, or think its the same thing but its not
so let me explain a little for you.....

Being Busy about my Heavenly fathers business.....
Everyone has a calling upon their life that only the Lord has set upon
their life. And only you and the Lord know what that calling is and
fully understand it. Others might know a little about it and to a
point and understand it to a point, but wont ever fully get it, which
is fine because its not their calling, its yours!

As for me I know the calling which the father has put upon my life and
I am choosing to walk in that calling. Mind you I don't know the whole
view but I know what he has me to do right here and now.. its not easy
nor is it always fun. I will be cut down and put to shame and beat up
emotionally and physically...but that should not stop me. If anything
that fuels burning flame to press on. It show me that I am stepping in
what he has called me to.
1 Peter 3:13-17
13 And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is
good? 14 But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you
are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be
troubled.”[a] 15 But sanctify the Lord God[b] in your hearts, and
always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason
for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; 16 having a good
conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile
your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. 17 For it is better, if it
is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.
I'm Busy with the calling that the Father has put upon my life!

Most everyone (even me) gets so cough up on what they (me) have to get
done for the ministry, or what's the next big thing I can do for
God.......!
Well there's nothing that we can do for God, or need to do for God....
Its what do we GET to do for God!
like I was saying about the calling that the Lord has put upon your
life. You GET to do the calling, you don't have to...!
I know there is times where I think something is more important then,
fellowshiping, reading my word, spending time with the Lord ect.... so
important that not only do I push spending time with the Lord aside,
but I push people aside. Forgetting to stop and breath.
As Believers in Jesus are to mold HIS love.... I don't believe pushing
people aside is anywhere in the Bible? if it is please show me.
The bible shows Jesus' Creator which is love... We are to love one
another as Christ has LOVED the church (people)
Ephesians 5:2
And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for
us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
Phillipians 2:1-5
1 Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of
love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, 2
fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of
one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through selfish
ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others
better than himself. 4 Let each of you look out not only for his own
interests, but also for the interests of others. ( I would encourage
you to read to verse 16.... such amazing book so you should just
really all of Phillipians)

Be encouraged, press on and continue in the the calling that the Lord
has set upon you.....
